Cancellation Policy

Ad Astra has an 8hr cancellation policy, and we are unable to give cash refunds for classes, so please be sure you can attend before booking.

If you cancel your class within 8hrs of class start, you will receive no refund.
If you cancel a class outside the 8hrs, you will receive a refund to the Class Pass you used to book, or 1 Class Pass if you booked PAYG to enable you to book again.
